1. Fill in our Contact form and we will send you membership details. It costs £20 to join. We use this fee to administer Attain. 1b. You can join as part of a group or association. The joining fee for groups depends on the size of the group.
2. Choose a level of contribution that you are comfortable with.
3. When group contributions reach the required level, we will send you details of assets in that price range.
4.You choose and vote on a majority and equal basis, Attain buys the asset.
5. Attain keeps the asset for a minimum of 2 years, during which it can be developed, rented or upgraded if required.
6 We sell the asset when it has appreciated to the agreed required level.
We distribute the proceeds according to your input:
for example if you put in 1% of the initial purchase price, you will get 1% of the profit after expenses have been deducted. We currently expect expenses to range from approximately 5-8% of the total property price.
