Attain is focused on increasing community wealth through self-help and shared resources, especially property. We know that with all the best will in the world, no government, charity or organisation can increase our incomes - we are going to have to do it ourselves, in this case one asset at a time, until we make a real difference.
Attain's mission is to:
- transform social capital into community wealth by bringing people together to buy physical assets, to develop and share in the surplus gained as a direct way of raising income in financially under-served communities.
Our vision is to use the process of asset development to create additional jobs and practical skills opportunities in the communities we operate in.
Attain aims to work in an ethical, transparent and fair manner with all our members and stakeholders.
